Aberdeen - Aguinaldo “Buster” Wireman


Aberdeen - Aguinaldo “Buster” Wireman, 98, passed away peacefully Tuesday November 12, 2019 at the Hospice of Hope Care Center. 

Mr. Wireman was born July 25, 1921 in Waldo, Kentucky to the late Jim and Lula Mae Wireman. He was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #577 in Portsmouth, Ohio, the Masonic Lodge #769 of Salyersville, Kentucky and the First Baptist Church of Salyersville.  He was a WWII Veteran and a Purple Heart recipient who served his country honorably in the US Army.  

Survivors include his wife of 72 years, Ruth Wireman; his children, Peggy (Gerald) Ruark, David (Darlene) Wireman both of Aberdeen and Debbie Wireman of Maysville; grandchildren, A.J. (Shannon) Natale, Nathan Thackston, Holly (Alex) Saldanha, Jacob Henderson, Aaron (Bernadette) Wireman, Lisa (Jason) O’Daire, Sarah Bowers and Kaitlyn Ruark; brothers, Forest (Pat) Wireman and M.T. (Stella) Wireman; and 18 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters.

Services for Aguinaldo Wireman will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday November 15, 2019 at Brell & Son Funeral Home, Maysville, Kentucky, with Chaplain David Wirth officiating. Burial will follow in Charleston Bottoms Cemetery with full military honors provided by Simon Kenton VFW Post #2734 of Maysville.

Visitation will be from noon until the time of the service on Friday.

Serving as pallbearers will be A.J. Natale, Alex Natale, Nathan Thackston, Aaron Wireman, Alex Saldanha, and Jason O’Daire. Jacob Henderson will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.
