Mr. Borders was born June 2, 1924 in Salyersville, Kentucky the son of the late Dewey and Dora Penix Borders. Also, preceding him in death is his wife, Hazel Crace Borders; one daughter, Gayle Borders; and brothers, Jack E. Borders and Chester Borders.

He was born November 12, 1954 in Mount Sterling, Kentucky to the late Reece and Marie Salyer Woodard. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Bell Martindale Woodard.

Adam Conley age 84 of Dayton, Ohio formerly of Magoffin County, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 at the Hospice Center of Dayton, Ohio. Adam was born October 14, 1931 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Thomas J. and Flara Borders Conley. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Lemaster Conley, one brother Joe Kenneth Conley of Salyersville, Kentucky and one sister Erma Jean Patrick of Clyde, Ohio. Also he is survived by several nephews and nieces.

Charles D Arnett, Sr., age 84, of Battle Creek, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015, at the Borgess Medical Center.  He was born September 25, 1931 in Hendricks, Magoffin County, Kentucky the son of Milt and Anne (Salyers) Arnett.  After his mom passed away when he was 6 months old, Charles was raised by his Aunt and Uncle John Dave and Jessie Arnett.  He attended grade school at Carty Branch and graduated from Salyersville High School.

Raymond “Crow” Ward age 85 of Brushy Fork Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Highlands Regional Medical Center in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. He was born February 2, 1930 in Magoffin County, Kentucky to the late Lester and Mayzina Howard Ward.

Richard Dow 
Williams, age 72, a resident of Carver Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at his home.
Mr. Williams was born June 12, 1943 in Allgood, Tennessee the son of the late Dow and Peal Willbanks Williams. Also, preceding him in death is one son, Daniel Brent Williams.
Mr. Williams served his country in the United States Army until he was honorably discharged. He was the owner of BTU Gas of Salyersville, Kentucky until his retirement and was a beef and dairy farmer.

Darrell Crace age 69 of Falcon Road, Falcon, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 6, 2015 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky. He was born November 29, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky to the late Herman and Ruie Borders Crace.
Darrell served his country in the Air Force and was a retired welder. He was a member of the State Road Fork United Baptist Church.
