In an effort to have more efficient and accurate election year polling, the Salyersville Independent will utilize its website to administer its 2010 Primary and General Election Polling.

Beginning Thursday, January 28, Magoffin County residents will be able to go online at www.salyersvilleindependent.com and vote for who they favor in the upcoming county elections. 
The poll will be reset each week and the results of the previous week’s poll will be updated in the print edition of the Salyersville Independent. 
Readers will be able to see how each candidate is polling week to week and if their numbers are improving or declining. 
The website will only record one vote from each IP address to reflect accurate polling.
