Lee Edward "Bouncer" Watkins age 64 of Hazel Green, Kentucky (formerly of Magoffin County Kentucky) passed away Monday, May 14, 2012 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born May 3, 1948 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Albert and Cassie Cole Watkins.

Lee is survived by one son; Wesley (Carla) Watkins of Hazel Green, Kentucky, one daughter; Angie Keeton of Salyersville, Kentucky, four brothers; Ronald Watkins of Hazel Green, Kentucky, Lonnie Watkins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, Edmond Watkins of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and Forester Watkins of Ohio, five sisters; Agalean Helton of Salyersville, Kentucky, Debbie Prater of Salyersville, Kentucky, Donna Helton of Salyersville, Kentucky, Opal Sparks of Walbridge, OH and Velvie Prater of Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren; Kyle Watkins, Samantha Black, MaKayla Perkins and Heath Perkins.

In addition to his parents Lee is preceded in death by three brothers; Raleigh Watkins, Tollie Watkins, and Ollie Watkins, four sisters; Flora Spalding, Ora Watkins, Dora Watkins, and Jewell Watkins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Friday, May 18, 2012 from the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Raleigh & Norma Lee Watkins Cemetery at Middle Creek, Kentucky. Friends may call the funeral home after 6 p.m. Wednesday, all day Thursday and anytime Friday prior to funeral services.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
