John Clay Mullins, age 53 of Royalton, KY., passed away August 30, 2010 at his residence.   He was born April 3, 1957 in Magoffin County, the son of the late Cecil Mullins and Sarah Vanderpool Mullins.  He was married to Teresa Ann Stigall Mullins who survives.  Also surviving is one son:  John Edward Mullins of Salyersville.  Five brothers:  Wilson Mullins of Royalton, KY., Rudy Mullins, Donald Mullins, Jackie Mullins all of Salyersville, KY and Harold Mullins of Tazwell, TN. Four sisters:  Wilma Kay Craft of Royalton, KY, Brenda Campbell of Lambric, KY, Verma Dean Mullins of David, KY and Carol Sue Smith of Lima, OH.  In addition to his parents, one daughter: Melissa Sue Mullins, Two brothers: Danny Mullins and Merlin Mullins and one sister:  Elsie Williams preceded John in death.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, September 2, 2010, from the Magoffin County Funeral Home with Simon Porter officiating.  Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery at Tip Top Kentucky.  Magoffin County Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
